#Sonic souls chao garden for free
You can download for free the fan game Sonic Workd here: Obviously this pack has been made with the formal authorisation of the Sonic World team. Port and material enhancement by myself Cyclic animation by Ozzcrash /id/ozcrash/ Obviously all the Chao model are rigged, they don't need a rig script since because of their bodyshape, all their body part can be animated by "rotation" only. Each model have 2 root bone, "root" and "roottransform", prefer the use of the "root" bone. To use the cyclic animation, click on the model name then select 'import sequence", just select the annimation in the panel, sadly all the cyclic animation are stored in one DMX, meaning that you will have to "isolate" then cut/copy the part your want with the motion editor, could be done in less than 2 min so not a big deal. You can disable the jigglebone if you want, just right click on the model name, select "utilites" then select "bake procedural bones". VMT file (for the right and left eye), result, it will overflow the texture limit. Eye movement, and this one stricly because of the material / texture limitation of SFM, each Chao model are already really close to the texture count limit of SFM and if I wanted to add eye movement, I would need to split and double each eye. Face flex, mainly because that something that I cannot handle but mostly because they are not really needed in that case (since the mouth and eyes are handled by bodygroup) it may be a minor pain for the eyelide but they are perfectly rigged and could be controled with ease directly by using the bone. Final evolution form (like the "chaos" Chao). Jigglebone for the "emotion ball" and head part (horn). 15 Chao model, Dark, neutral and Hero with all their type (normal, swim, run, fly and power type). This pack contains all the Chao model from the fan game Sonic World, in detail. Usefull stuff to be used with the Chao Garden. Crashed Tornado and black market poster removed from the original garden model for the same reason than the enhanced version (texture limit per model) in order to add the waterfall instead. Waterfall added to the original version of the garden. Regarding the video preview, it was been made on the Water Void V2 map, and yes the video have some AE editing, I will add some 100% SFM made pics later. The enhanced version with a complet texture overhaul. The original version from Sonic World which use the texture asset from SA 1.
#Sonic souls chao garden update
This update include 2 version of the garden. If you use another void map, you will need the "Almost Water" prop (link at the bottom). The garden itself is a big prop, NOT a stage, use it with a void map (the water void map V2 is perfect for that purpose).
